The mission of the Advisor/Advisee program at Martin Middle School is to promote the involvement between a teacher and a group of students.  Through these small group interactions, students will connect with an adult to promote personal skills, social skills, student development and decision making.

 

The vision for Advisor/Advisee at Martin Middle School is to provide an environment that will foster bonding so students feel accepted and valued by teachers and peers.  Our students will then make responsible choices and accept responsibility for their own actions.  We will heighten the student awareness of good citizenship within the school and community and will improve home/school communication and relationships.
